MOTU, Mini-Statues Rio Blast by valstaples MOTU, Mini-Statues Rio Blast by valstaples
In the vein of the Jitus piece:

and the Tung Lashor piece:

Here's another MOTU Mini-statue coloring under the art of Emiliano Santalucia:

I like the update by the Four Horsemen, especially Rio's gun... how it's a giant revolver.
Nice touch!

You don't get to enjoy all his guns unfolded in this mini-statues (his chest gun, knee guns and his back pack gun), but it's still cool.

MVCreations (which is being redone soon!)

Liking the update of Rio Blast. The 4H did a bang up job.

If its ok, a quick colouring question. The shine on the gun, was that added above the ink layer, or below it?

I'm not sure which metallic rendering you are speaking about.
There's a lot of reflective contrast all over the gun. :)

The little glow right there in the middle is over the lineart.

How do you color metal? There's no exact science.
Various metals have different properties: different base hues, different polish.

The best you can do is just study metal around you and learn how to fake it the best you can.
